Near Westside Neighborhood Association is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual "Elmira Blooms".  This self-guided, multi sensory, Victorian garden tour, in and around Elmira's Near Westside Historic District, features 6 distinct and original gardens.  Enjoy beverage tasting, herb & flower infused food tasting, live music and more as you tour the garden sites.  Relax and ride the Elmiran trolley from one garden to the next.  The trolley will begin the "tour loop" at 353 Davis Street at noon ~ tour participants can board the trolley, throughout the day, at any of the garden sites.

Cost:     Advance purchase ~ $15 general admission; $12 seniors and members
               Day of tour ~ $18 general admission; $15 seniors and members
