The 33rd Annual Holiday Home Tour is scheduled for Sunday, December 3rd from Noon to 4PM. 

This year's tour will provide an opportunity to view the inside of six showcase sites, including some former restoration in progress sites, as well as a current restoration in progress of the historic Foster House.  The dessert reception will be held at the newly opened Finger Lakes House, located at 389 W Water Street and will feature a cash bar for craft brews and Finger Lakes wines!

The tour sites include 813 W Church Street, 3408 Hendy Avenue, 1 unit in each of 389-399 W Water Street, restoration in progress at 722 W Water Street, and finally 1061 W Church Street.  Also, don't forget to stop at 355 Davis Street, "Brackets & Door Knobs" and take advantage of the holiday sale on the wide array of antiques and collectibles!

Tickets cost $18 for general admission or $15 for members & seniors (55+).  Tickets are available now at Near Westside's office, Chamberlain Acres, The Christmas House, Happy Hippo, and Oldies But Goodies.

On the day of the tour, tickets, brochures, and raffle tickets will be available at Near Westside's office, 353 Davis Street, from 11AM-3PM.  Raffle tickets will also be available at the reception.  Raffle tickets cost $1 each, $2 for 3, or $5 for 10.  The drawings will be held on Monday, December 11th and you need not be present to win.

New this year, NWNA is also selling a 2018 calendar that features photos of historic homes in Elmira and also a 2017 DVD version of Enduring Heritage: An Architectural Journey Through the Historic Near Westside.  The calendar price is $17 to pick-up or $20 to mail and the DVD price is $20.
