Near Westside Neighborhood Assoc., Inc. will hold a River Fest "wrap-up" meeting on Wednesday, August 18th, at 5:30PM, at 353 Davis Street in Elmira.  This meeting will be an opportunity for community members to share their thoughts on River Fest 2010 and/or become involved in River Fest 2011 planning.
