Near Westside Neighborhood Association, Inc. is pleased to announce the 4th Annual "Elmira Blooms" Garden Tour.  This self-guided tour, in and around the Near Westside Historic District, will feature six distinct and original gardens on West Clinton, West Gray, West Washington, and West Water Streets, Decker Parkway East and Underwood Avenue.  This event will take place rain or shine.  Light refreshments will be available at some gardens.

When: Sunday, July 12th
          1:00 PM - 4:00PM

Cost: $12 General Admission, $10 Seniors/Members

Tickets will be available beginning Monday, June 29th in Elmira at Near Westside's office, 353 Davis Street or Cappy's, 205 West Clinton Street and in Corning at Brown's Cigar Store, 6 West Market Street.

On the day of the tour, tickets will be available only at Near Westside's office.
